Design Charges

If you have a drawing; we will estimate it as shown, and provide a written estimate at no charge.

If no design exists, we will be pleased to consult with you and create one for a fee of $80 per hour.  (This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the unit if you place an order).  We will also provide a concept sketch and a written estimate.  

If consultation or drawings are needed beyond the initial estimate, they will be provided at an hourly rate of $80.

Samples

All prices include one finish sample which we will provide upon receipt of the deposit.  If other samples are required, they will be produced at a cost of $100 each.  PLEASE NOTE:  Final selection of the material and finish sample must be agreed upon before construction begins.

Terms

Terms are 50% upon acceptance of our proposal, 40% during construction, (you are invited to come inspect the unit, usually before finishing), and 10% upon installation. 

Change Orders

Must be presented in written form, preferably by fax, and signed off by the client or their authorized agent.  There will be a $60 minimum fee to handle the order in addition to the cost of the change.
